I started to come to the Learning Center because I needed to brush up on my skills. I plan to go to school for child development.
My hero is no longer living, that is my mom. She taught me so much ��� how to write, ride a bike and dating life. Even though her life was cut short, I still learn from her every day. I miss her. I am glad I got to know her. Mom, I love you.
My hero is my dad. He has always been there for me. I would like to say to my dad that you didn't give up on me no matter what I did, even when I shaved my head. I love you. You are my number 1 supporter when I need someone I can count on you to tell me the truth. I love you so much.
I would like to take a second to thank ABE for taking me on as a student. I was having a hard time with math and reading. Then I got Emily. She helps me out a lot, and all I can say is thank you for taking the time to teach me so I could better myself with reading and math. I want to thank the whole school staff. Thank you.
I am sorry to hear of Russ's passing. I didn't know him very well. But what I do know about him was he loved sports. Every time I talked to him, I would ask him about his favorite team, the Vikes, or I would ask him how the Blizzard team is doing. He always had something to say. It's hard to believe he is gone.
