My Hero

My hero is a gal who had to work a day job, deliver papers on weekends and mow cemeteries after the day job, and once a month read meters for REA. Later a little came in her life. So she had to drop her daytime job to raise this little girl. As time went on, a boy came in her life and so she had to drop all those little jobs and started driving a service truck, with the boy and girl with her. and at this time she sent her husband to buy some Miracle Whip. And the story goes on.

About Me

Dream Come True

Hi, my name is Keith. I came to the learning center to improve my reading and writing. After a few years, I became a peer tutor. This year I just got done, going through tutor training course. This is something I have always wanted for many years. Now I hope I can give back what has been given to me. Now having pets, hobbies, families, and just favorite things is so much easier, with improved reading and writing. Life is good!

The Three Things I Like About Fall

When Mother Nature paints the colors across the country, then that is a sign of the mgreat migration of the birds, ducks and geese, also of great colors. Then it's time for Mother Nature to put green life to sleep and my rest is coming. And the beginning of hunting and the time to tell Mother Nature, "Thank you for your gifts."

Wrestling

School wrestling is my favorite sport, because it was up to me to make the time, it was up to me to make points for the team, and it was up to me to make weight. Down the road, it was wrestling that taught me to never give up in life. But even though I disciplined myself, I can be with others. I had coaching for wrestling, and now I have coaching for reading. Someday I hope I can be a coach for that.

A Book About Me

If I were to write a book about me, I'd call it "Been There, Done That."

I would start by telling the readers about my younger days. I would tell them that I was very much not thinking and that I did a lot of dumb things. I would write about the time that I started a fire in a stove. That would make them wonder about me.

Next, I would write about the way I am today. I would say that I enjoy life and helping people and that I would rather not change. I would explain that my favorite things in the world are family, home and nature.

Then I would write about my future plans. Someday, I would like to do all my favorite things with my grandchildren.

I would tell my readers that if I had one wish, it would be that my son and daughter and my grandchildren would enjoy life like my wife and me.

I hope that when my readers finish my book, they would think of me as a very been there and done that person.
